“We at MCG Golf have been looking for ways to get more automated with the goals of increasing the efficiency of our operations and reducing manual entry. We have always used outside vendors for event registration and would always have to manually input sales into our POS system that were generated through these vendors so we could reconcile with our general ledger system.
Golf EMS has solved this problem for us by offering a direct API into our Lightspeed POS system. All online event registrations now flow directly from the website, into our POS, and then into our general ledger system. We are now saving hours and hours of manual entry time and fixing manual entry mistakes. It all sounded too good to be true, but it has all worked out even better than we’d hoped for.
